1. General

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of kodhub.net (the "Site") and the services provided by the KodHub administration (the "Administration").

Registering on the Site or placing an order constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Account

  • Placing an order may require registration or providing an email.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials (login, password) safe.
  • One user — one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in a ban.
  • The Administration may block an account if it violates this Agreement.

3. Rules of use

When using the Site you must not:

  • Use the Site for fraud or money laundering
  • Resell purchased goods for commercial purposes without the Administration's consent
  • Take actions that disrupt the Site (DDoS, hacking, scraping)
  • Use automated tools for bulk purchases
  • Provide knowingly false data when placing an order
  • Dispute a payment (chargeback) without first contacting support

4. Digital goods

  • All goods on the Site are digital (codes, keys, gift cards). No physical delivery.
  • Product descriptions including activation region and denomination are published in the catalog. The Buyer must read the description before purchase.
  • The Administration is not the issuer of gift cards or keys. Terms of use are set by the issuing services (Apple, Google, Steam, etc.).

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, logos, texts and source code are the property of the Administration or used on a lawful basis. Copying, reproduction or distribution of Site materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • The Administration is not liable for losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
  • The Administration is not liable for actions of third parties (payment systems, issuers).

7. Changes

The Administration may amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means agreement with the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Российская Федерация, г. Москва. Disputes are resolved in the courts at the defendant's location, unless otherwise provided by law.
