Public Offer

1. General

This document is an official offer (public offer) made by the administration of KodHub (the "Seller") and addressed to any person (the "Buyer"). It contains all material terms for purchasing digital goods via kodhub.net (the "Site").

Payment for an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. From the moment of payment, a contract of sale for the digital goods is deemed concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to deliver digital goods (gift cards, top-up codes, activation keys and other digital products) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the price displayed on the Site.

The product range, descriptions and prices are published in the Site catalog. The Seller may change the range and prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Order procedure

  1. The Buyer selects a product in the Site catalog.
  2. The Buyer provides an email for delivery.
  3. The Buyer chooses a payment method and completes payment.
  4. After payment is confirmed, the Buyer receives the digital goods (code, key, link) to the specified email and/or in the Site account.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Russian rubles and include all applicable fees. Payment is made online using the methods available on the Site.

The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed. Subsequent price changes do not affect an already paid order.

5. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic — the code or key is sent to the Buyer's email and/or shown in the Site account.

Standard delivery time is immediate after payment confirmation. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.

The Seller's obligation to deliver is considered fulfilled once the code has been sent to the Buyer's email.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

  • The Seller guarantees the digital goods are operational at the moment of delivery.
  • The Seller is not liable for actions of third-party issuers (account blocks, changes to their terms of use, etc.).
  • The Buyer is solely responsible for choosing the correct region and verifying the product's compatibility.
  • The Seller's maximum liability is limited to the price of the paid order.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If pre-trial resolution is not possible, the Buyer may send a claim to the Seller's email. Claims are reviewed within 14 business days.

9. Miscellaneous

  • The Seller may amend this offer. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
  • Continued use of the Site after changes means the Buyer agrees with the new version of the offer.
  • By placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read this offer, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

10. Requisites

Payments on the Site are processed by an external payment operator.

Operator requisites will be published once the integration is connected.
